Product Information
The egg protein height and weight measuring instrument is QCD-Medium used to measure the egg protein height and egg weight. Just take out the egg and press the probe, and the device can automatically complete the process.
The albumen height can vary from 1.5mm old eggs to 12mm fresh eggs.
Like the reflectometer, the balance can be used as an instrument or connected to a microprocessor to automatically calculate Haugh units using the QCM
It is used to weigh whole eggs and dried eggshells with an accuracy of 0.1g, which is convenient and quick to use. When weighing, a plastic tray puts the eggs in place, and if necessary, a battery can be installed to allow the instrument to be used away from the main power source.
Components:
QCD digital display and power supply, no interface.
QCH protein altimeter with QCH-CB 11mm stainless steel calibration block.
QCA-P portable stainless steel egg slitting table, slitting area approx. 15 x 15cm.
QCB-CS small digital balance with power supply, no interface or calibration quality.
This option works the same way as QCD-Starter. The addition of a digital balance allows each egg to be measured and recorded, allowing the Haugh unit level of each egg. These can be recorded on a test sheet, a copy of which is included in the manual.
