There are many animals suitable for this instrument, such as: mice, cattle, sheep, pigs, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs and so on.

The principle is that the use of electrical stimulation of the breeding stock, without training can also be collected semen. However, some animals need to be anesthetized before sperm collection.

The electric stimulation sperm collection method is generally operated by three people, one holding the breeding stock, one fluctuating electric stimulator switch, and one collecting sperm. Specific methods of operation are as follows:

1. The holder holds the thigh base of the back of the breeding stock in his right hand to separate the legs naturally and fix the head with his left hand. Keep your hips slightly above your head. Baoding personnel should exert moderate force, not only to make the public animals quiet, but also to prevent breaking free.

2. The sperm collector clamps the prepared sperm collection cup on the fingertips of the middle finger and ring finger of the right hand (the cup mouth is outward). The right hand-held electrode rod is inserted into the anus of the male animal. The insertion depth is different for each animal, such as giant panda 15-20cm, sheep 15-20cm, cow 20-25cm, rabbit 6-8cm, chicken 3-4cm and mouse 1-1.5cm (reference value).

3. Another person turns on the switch of the mining precision instrument to stimulate the electricity. At the same time, the right hand-held electrode of the sperm collector makes a circular motion around the rectal wall. Repeat energization stimulation for 3-5 times, each energization lasts for 5 seconds, and power off for 5 seconds, and continuously increase the voltage according to the reaction of the male and the animal until the fine is discharged.

4. When male animals have sperm discharge, the right hand of the sperm collector quickly reverses and immediately moves the mouth of the sperm collection cup to the lower part of the penis mouth to collect semen.
