Method of use:

1. Gently place the egg quality formulation instrument in the center of the adjusted formulation table for height calibration.

2. Calibration: Press the red ZERO/ON button to calibrate.

3. Conversion of metric and imperial units: Select the yellow button on the left and select the protein height in millimeters.

4. After checking the egg shape index, egg weight, fluoroscopy and other technical indicators, gently break the egg and place it in the center of the measuring table.

5. Use a calibrated egg quality tester to determine the egg protein height and read the corresponding measurement results.
