Minitube MPP Quattro automatic semen filling and sealing machine
MPP Quattro automatic filling and packaging machine, suitable for 0.25 ml and 0.5 ml thin tubes.
Advantages
Four thin tubes can be filled and packaged at a time.
Touch screen monitor for software control and process display. Easy to operate, color coded display. Continuous display of filled tubule quantity, machine status and tubule specification.
The touch screen guides the 0.5/0.25 ml specification thin tube conversion without changing or replacing any parts.
The machine handles 4 thin tubes simultaneously, and the operator can easily observe the process.
The filling block and suction block with 4 nozzles can be quickly replaced in the gap between the processing of two batches of semen.
Double control of semen filling is implemented by the built-in adjustable balance and the sensor installed in the filling tube: when the built-in balance shows that the container storing semen is almost empty, it automatically switches from 4-head filling to 1-head filling.
MPP Quattro and Uno can be operated independently in a cold room or cabinet or at room temperature, and can also be connected to a MiniJet printer.
