The feed pulverization rate meter is PDI-2 used for the quality control of pellet feed, and it is also a measure of the crushing force of the finished pellet feed in the process of conveying and handling.

Working principle
Sampling 500 grams of finished granular material after screening into the PDI box for simulation experiments, the proposed feed in the loading and unloading, transportation, storage process of collision, friction, rolling and other motion states, so that the particle part of powder, after screening weighing, calculate its powder rate index.
Structure
(1) Rotary box: two rotary boxes are symmetrically configured, and two sets of data can be obtained at one time.
It is composed of a box body, a box cover and a buckle. A sealing material is glued in the box cover to make the box cover and the box body tightly sealed without powder leakage. Size: 310*310*150

First, the testing process
After the sample to be tested is dried with an appropriate sieve, 500 grams (weight A) is weighed, placed in a durability testing machine, and rolled at a speed of 50 revolutions per minute for 10 minutes.
The rolled sample was sieved and weighed (weight B).

Remarks:
The durability of the pellets is measured after cooling, and cooling is indicated when the temperature differs from room temperature by ± 6°C. The time from cooling to measurement is calculated in hours and is written in the lower right of the durability. For example, when the durability measured 4 hours after cooling is 95%, the expression is: 95
