QCC egg yolk color tester is an online electronic instrument for measuring egg yolk color, which is widely used by egg packers, processors and researchers.

The instrument measures the ratio of red, green, and blue light reflected from the egg yolk when illuminated with flashing white and green LED light sources.

The colorimeter is automatically calibrated before use, and its performance can be checked by reference.

In use, the colorimeter is connected through the QCM microprocessor unit, and if necessary, the range of the TSS instrument can be connected.

After measuring the albumen height on the glass table, the broken egg is swept down the chute and into the sample cup, where the albumen is separated from the yolk.

The yolk color is measured with one click, and the result is displayed on the microprocessor and recorded in the Eggware software. When the reading is accepted, the egg yolk sample will be automatically removed from the sample cup, ready for the next sample measurement.
