1. Introduction

2. Installation method
Carefully load the oil or melted fat sample into the measuring cup so that the liquid level is just on the loading line, adjust the position of the electric furnace and the measuring cup so that the spotlight beam passes through the center of the measuring cup, and vertically clamp and hang the thermometer and rod sensor on both sides of the center of the cup, about 6mm from the bottom of the cup, and keep them parallel.
The main reason for the low smoke point of oil is that a small amount of phospholipids are eaten during the hydration of soybean oil. When the oil is heated at 280 ℃, the color of the oil becomes dark and the trace precipitates. After deodorization, the phospholipids are still contained in the oil, and the phospholipids are oxidized and decomposed at high temperature to turn black and bitter.
