JXCD10 rice freshness tester is an instrument for detecting the freshness of rice. The rice to be tested is milled into rice, and the rice sample is added with the reagent-freshness measuring agent, then mixed by shaking and centrifuged, and the freshness value of the sample is displayed after being detected by the instrument. The instrument is mainly used in grain depots, rice processing enterprises, grain quality inspection center and so on to evaluate the freshness of rice, but it is not suitable for the detection of commercial rice.

The working principle of the rice freshness tester is based on the amount of aldehydes and ketones produced in the aging process of the rice sample, and the freshness of the rice sample is judged by detecting the color change of the mixed solution after the mixed reaction of the sample and the fresh agent.
The rice freshness tester consists of a host, a sample pretreatment device and a fresh agent.
The host of rice freshness tester is used to detect the solution to be tested after oscillation and centrifugation, and display the detection value of rice freshness. The freshness value data can be viewed, output, or printed. The appearance of the host of the rice freshness tester is shown in Figure 1 below.
